Sabse Pehle Sehat
A campaign to shift the focus from treating illness to protecting health — through prevention, early detection, awareness and timely intervention, taken to where people live, work and gather through health camps, awareness camps and community outreach.
Because the best transplant is the one that never becomes necessary.
These conditions often give no warning until they become a threat to life:

Eternal Gift Foundation
Eternal Gift Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to building a compassionate, accessible and sustainable ecosystem for patients and families affected by organ failure.
We believe that organ transplantation is not simply a surgery—it is a journey that begins long before the transplant and continues throughout a patient's life.
Our purpose is simple yet far-reaching: to ensure that no patient facing organ failure has to navigate the journey alone.
Small Booklet. Boundless Hope.
Our foundation brochure covers who we are, our work in patient support, awareness and community outreach, and how you can get involved. Download it to share with your family, workplace or community group.

From decision to donor card in four steps
A pledge takes a few minutes to register and a lifetime to matter. Here is what happens, and why telling your family is the step that counts most.
Learn what organ and tissue donation involves and decide that you wish to donate after death.
Complete the donor pledge on the NOTTO portal and receive a donor card you can carry.
Share your decision with the people who would be asked for consent, so your wish is honoured.
Keep your card, update details if they change, and help others understand the choice.
